I have an old cardboard container from the Liggett & Myers Tobacco Co. My father (whom has long since passed away) used to smoke. This is a Rough cut pipe tobacco. I'm wondering how to locate the original company, and if it might be worth anything. I have searched, and find tin cans but nothing about the cardboard one's. Thanks in advance for anything you might help with......... Gene

I have been sorting out my grand parents things and amongst them I have found a tin of Chesterfield Cigarettes x 50 Factory No 25. District of Virginia . The tin also has on it "The cigarettes in this tin will keep in perfect condition in any climate as they are hermetically sealed in VACUUM. I wonder if you can date these for me. I also have a time of Gallaher's medium de luxe as well. Thanks and kind regards,
