Murrumbidgee Rv, New South Wales

The slow death of Australia's inland rivers is caused by low rainfall and (my opinion), the withholding of huge environmental flows (when rains DO occur), to support cotton growing upstream. Recent floods in Queensland have barely reached the Murray/Darling river system having been stored in huge dams. Environmental vandalism!
