On Sundays Wanda always has a ride. Her and Ian, another http://www.teamwannabe.com/ member put in a 35 mile ride. At about the 25 mile mark a little break was needed. I shared a little of my breakfast with Wanda just for a photo.

Of course one of the benefits of putting the miles Wanda does on her bike is she can eat stuff maybe she shouldn't without worrying about her weight.

Maybe there is something to this bicycle riding.
