Wanda 07_04_07.jpg

This image is more about the wall in the background than anything else. Thought I'd put Wanda in the foreground though so it wouldn't be a just a wall. We spent 5 days painting my "man room" downstairs. I was hoping to achieve the look of an old adobe wall. We had never done this type of faux finish before, so this was purely experimental. So far we like the way it turned out. It'll take a while to get the room decorated, but the chest Wanda is sitting on is a good start.

Oh and something a really off the subject ... Wanda has a new web site up. Go give it a look and let us know what you think http://www.teamwannabe.com/

Wow. What wall?

When we redecorate my house, I'm going to ask my wife if I can't display Wanda in our den as well. It will probably be the last words I utter in this life, but as I said a few days ago, some things are worth the risk LOL. I don't even want to THINK about Wanda decorating your proposed brass pole. My poor heart just couldn't take it!

These former guys took all my lines (and said them better than I could have) but I've been laughing ever since I read your first words - "This image is more about the wall... " Maybe to you but not to me. It's all about Wanda's beauty and Charm.......:-)

Oh, there is a chest she is sitting on, I hadn't noticed (-;
Not to say her chest was not seen. (-;

Nice shot, good job on the wall. I'll agree with the others that a great chest will always decorate a empty wall to perfection.

Yes, I'll third that, awesome chest, nice wall too. And any excuse to see Wanda... Well, you know.
Eric Hewis05-Jul-2007 08:02
Nice wall, can't wait to see the pole.

Wes, we should have the brass pole installed in the man room, I hope, sometime next week.

Well that's one way to spend the fouth of July. Nice chest by the way (the one Wanda is sitting on of course).
Jim McKinlock05-Jul-2007 03:36
All about the wall huh? I'm sure glad you threw Wanda in there so that wall didn't look so lonely, and of course the chests are very nice too.
Guest 05-Jul-2007 03:35
Yes, a well-equiped Man Room requires a great chest like that. The furniture is nice too.
Keep up the great work. ;)
