This was Wanda being a little silly. She thought pigtails sticking out of her helmet might be fun for the Tour de Cure this weekend. We went for a ride yesterday and she gave it a try. The lip treatment was my idea, when her hair is in pigtails like that, she reminds me of the Japanese Anime characters, so I had her put on lipstick similar to that style.
