The Turkish Memorial

On this trip to Gallipoli I was able to get to Cape Helles and visit the Turkish Memorials and the British Memorials for thier landings. During the visit to the beaches I was amazed at the beauty of the landing areas , families swimming and using the beach, yet nearly a hundered years ago men where dying to to force the beach head where people were now swimming for pleasure.
