Trumpeter Swans

I was away from the computer at the family cabin in north central Minnesota, for a couple of days, and didn't post.
These two swans were out in front of the cabin. They have made a remarkable comeback. In 1930 there was only 70
individual swans in the U.S. They are the only native swan to North America and Minnesota is home to several nesting
colonies.
