# 4 Black

Daisy our 17 year old cat, went to the Vet. last week because of being sick and not eating.
The vet said she has a heart murmur and kidney failure. She received some medication
to help with her nausea and to increase her appetite. She seems to be eating again and has
been more active. She posed nicely for me today.

Kidneys always go first it seems. We've used a probiotic dust on the cat food to stimulate appetite. It's Fortiflora and you can get it from the Vet or on Amazon. A little goes a long way. 17 years is a wonderfully long life for a cat. Love the photo. V

Such a sweet girl, she looks great here in the shadows and light. I've owned cats that got quite old too, it's always difficult. Glad she's getting better. V

I am sorry to hear Daisy has not been well, Dennis. Old age comes to us all unfortunately. This is a lovely pose of her.V

enjoy each and every moment with her. Kidney failure happens to so many cats. I lost my dear Mason in May. Memorable image. VV

I am glad to hear she is improving. I how she looks with the light shining though the semi closed shades and forming those attractive light bands on her. ~BV~
