This gallery is of photos I took at the dress rehearsal at the Tucson Chapter of the Society of American Magician's 26th Annual "Stars of Magic" show on August 24th, 2013. We had it at a really nice venue, The Temple of Music and Art. These were all taken with my Canon 6D on a tripod and no flash,and my 24-105 f/4 lens, just trying to see what results I could get. Many were not too great, but some turned out ok- at least it gave me a starting point to learn about shooting in such an environment. Having a 70-200 f/2.8 lens would be nice !
