My wife and I have been attending the SalsaFest in Safford,AZ, which is about a 2hr drive from Tucson. The event includes a Chihuahua race, Salsa and Jalapeno eating contests, home made salsa competition, and a Car show. Sampling Salsa and photographing vehicles, two of my passions, is too much to pass up! There were maybe 50 different salsas to test- the photo shows my first round of tasting (the Mrs. did help sampling a small amount of them)Inside the paper bag are Tostino "Scoop" tortilla chips. Next year I may enter the Salsa eating contest....
