After meany years of wanting to attend the National Fiery Foods and BBQ Show held in Albuquerque, New Mexico every March, the Mrs. and I finally made the nearly 500 mile drive there to attend the show, which is held at the Sandia Casino & Convention Center. This show is the "Comicon" event for Salsa/ spicy food aficionados, of which I am one. Lots of samples to try! This was a view looking down one of the main isles- I decided to have a little fun with te image.
