Perhaps this is the place to get the answer... (??). Many years ago I noticed the odd name "Golubiz Cluster" for the system of hills about halfway between Campanus and Kies (lower left corner of the photograph). This odd name was printed on the large greenish colored Rand McNally moonmap. Now who (or what) is (or was) "Golubiz"? Danny Caes, explorer and investigator of selenography.
