Stanley is located at the south of Hong Kong Island. Stanley Main Street and Market are the traditional sightseeing points, whose can easily spot in any Hong Kong books.
Recently, Hong Kong Housing Authority has finished the housing project there, including building new houses for residents affected by the redevelopment of old Stanley Village, also building a shopping mall with plaza for tourists and visitors. The focus of this project was the re-construction of Murray House (美利樓) that was orginally located at Central in 1842 and was dismantled in 1982. Although I don't like the building was occupied by resturants, it is still worth to see and feel the old British colonial style of architecture.
