It never ceases to amaze me...where-ever there is commerce to be had, man figures out how to maximize an otherwise limited resource such was river-front property. Case in point....the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk. These man-made canals provide much needed cooling respite from the sweltering Texas humidity, provide a quick mode of transportation via river taxis and is a peace backdrop for an evening stroll. What could be better? The amazing number of shops,restaurants, bars and hotels makes it tourist attraction all year round.
