Vegas to Bryce: Shadows in the Snow

Vegas is the perfect jumping off point to get to Bryce Canyon. After meeting my family in Vegas to celebrate my mom's birthday in November, Bill & I hightailed to Valley of Fire State Park and Bryce National Park for some winter hiking. The contrast of the shadows in the snow can't be beat, though if you go, dress warmly....it was about 5-degs in the mornings during sunrise.
