Here we see Captain Craig searching the yachts documentation for our crusing permit. It was good to have the owner aboard to verify ownership. I had to parade him before them to say, "Si, es mi barco."....... ''Cuba is Cuba''!

My job was to get these Immigration, Customs & Medical Officers aboard to go through the proceedures aboard the yacht. They cleared us all in , 16 visitors from 10 different countries [3 Americans] [ note the stack of passports on the table] The official were impressed with the crew and the beautiful stu's. It was all very serious at first, but I got them to warm up to us and afterwards we served them lunch at the Captains table where they are seated. We let them eat alone, but we could hear them giggling and joking as they devoured our Chef's Plato el Dia.

When I told them to remove their shoes to come aboard, embarassed they also removed their 'toe-hole-d' socks. Here ,seated in the 'wheelhouse' you see they are barefooted.

We required ALL guests coming aboard the yacht to remove their shoes before boarding.
