This image was taken through my living room window which is on the ninth floor, probably a little less than 30m (100 ft) above ground. The building behind the baloon is 81m (270 ft) tall.
Cropped and partially sharpened, no color changes.

I have now purchased a new telephoto lens since this one obviously does a bad job.
