In your picture at the above address the women on the left is Hortence Malacara. She is the mother of Julio, Lucy and Ellen. They moved to the project in 1948 and lived there for over 20 years at 248 West 62nd St. Apt 6E. After the kids grew up mom moved to a high rise building on 65th St between Amsterdam and West End. Sorry to say she passed away early this year.
