The one principal actor that I got to see this day is the one who I most wanted to meet (and Steve, the DP, knew this, so he generously arranged for me to come on a day when they were shooting an episode that focused on his character). Jamie Bamber, who plays Captain Lee "Apollo" Adama, is just as gorgeous in real life as he is on screen (when he's on, I can barely look at anything else), and he seems like a really lovely person as well, gracious and warm. I managed to get a couple of minutes of his time and he was a real pleasure to talk with. He gave me a signed script and posed for this picture after a long day of shooting, at the end of which was a particularly, er, revealing scene (and that's all I'll say about that!).
