Mr. Khachik has confirmed that he never gave permission to use his copyrighted image
for a painting to be sold.

There were two versions painted of that photograph. One is with white tones, one with yellow
tones. The white toned painting has dark shading in the acorn, and the background around the
tail is different, with different colours. We are in the process of locating a full sized
image of this one and will post when available. Again, this one was also for sale for $175.00,
later reduced to $125.00.
