Was the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board Building
A Grade II* listed building. It is sited at the Pier Head along
with the neighbouring Liver Building and Cunard Building that are known as
Liverpool's "Three Graces" and which line the city's waterfront.
It is also part of Liverpool's UNESCO designated World Heritage Maritime Mercantile City.
