St Pancras Railway Station

Redeveloped and re-opened in 2007 as "St Pancras International", this station is the place to catch direct trains to Paris (journey time of 2:15) and Brussels (journey time of 1:50).

The original station was opened for the Midland Railway in 1857.

There is a statue by Martin Jennings of Sir John Betjeman at the south end of the station. Sir John was one of the key figures in saving the demolition of this station in the 1960s.
