Yes, in Bali Safari & Marine Park, you can pat a tiger. My wife loved it.
Some people might think that the tiger was drugged. But I can assure you that it wasn't. The tiger was just doing what they do best, resting after a big meal. Occasionally the tiger would get up and even roar to assert that it is still in charge of the situation. In fact, it was not entirely safe to be that close to the tiger.
