Technically speaking, in this photo (as opposed to some other in this gallery)
Blurrr is accepted, and the horizontal wavy shape leaves create a sense of motion.
One thing bothers me - the vertical leaf touching the right flower.
Exposure is fine - the white flower on the left was not burnt out. It and its leaves looks like firework exploding.
It clear you're not using a tripod - so how did you take this one second exposure?
did you put the camera on some wall or something?
