This transporter bridge shown at my previous image, far away, was inaugurated "in front of a numerous audience" on May 30th, 1914.
It unites both Buenos Aires City (the Capital of the Republic) and the Province of Buenos Aires. It took people and carts from one bank to the other until a new concrete’s bridge was built, in 1960..
Cars use the new bridge to cross the river there, but some people who doesn’t have a car, that just live at la Boca or at the quarter in front of it,
use another way of transport to cross.. it will come at next image
This is the only transporters bridge that doesn’t work among the few still existing in the world..
A symbol of La Boca, it was about to be dismantled and sold as iron, some years ago..
Contradictions of some people, that forget to feel..
