These are scanned slides taken at Lake Powell in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Utah of my third vacation to Lake Powell. I sure had fun times there with my sister and dad. We went there several times after this trip. The first time I went with both parents, my two sisters and brother. That was back in 1970 before the lake had filled. The last time was in 1996. We lived on the lake for four weeks on a pontoon boat and, starting at Wahweap, traveled 155 miles up the lake to Dark Canyon and back to Wahweap. Now, there isn't a boat in the family and I don't know if I'll ever vacation on the lake again. Those were good times for us. Great memories.
