Yesterday, about 5:30 or so, I put a bag of lamb bones into a big pot and simmered broth. As the day went on, I added potatoes, onion, mushrooms, carrots and finally collard greens. I had a giant leg of lamb, so sliced off a big hunk and tossed it in. Meanwhile, I baked the leg at 325f for two hours. It all came out quite tasty.
