The struggle against tyranny is not made easier by the Western press having a soft spot for slave masters who have a good cover story. The very name "Stalin", of course is a comic book nickname which translates into 'Man of Steel', 'Superman' or the like. It beats the offensively avuncular, affectionate appellation of 'Uncle Joe' for history's most prolific mass murderer.
