Waikiki Beach is located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Waikiki is a wonderful beach with nice warm water, plenty of nearby restaurants, nice hotels, shops and boutiques, and very friendly people. There are plenty of public bathrooms. Everyone seems to enjoy Waikiki. If you want a secluded beach go somewhere else. However, if you want a beach where you can find restaurants, fast food, stores and facilities across the street, this is the place to go. I find Waikiki enjoyable and go there for a walk quite often. Most of the walkway is paved with flagstone and lighted by gas torches at night.
