Cat on Pole

Berkeley, CA

With the warm weather, the birds have been multiplying here in
Berkeley, including some very fat robins, until it got too much for this
feline hunter to bear. In the early morning, she headed up the pole in
front of my house with mayhem in mind. No doubt she gave the feathery
noisemakers a surprise and a fright, but now what? Getting down the pole
was a different story than getting up.

What a great capture! Was he rescued? Did he get down on his own?
