Every year the rescue squad here in Mosfellsbaer has had itīs fireworks display. This display is financed by companies in Mosfellsbaer and is part of the squads ways to finance itīs work. They also sell the fireworks to the public for New Year and the profit of this goes a long way to finance all itīs work for the next year. Only on New Years Eve and also at the last day of Christmas the public is permitted to light fireworks and they use it to the fullest.
