This was by far the most interesting part of the trip. The road from Kingman, AZ to Needles, CA was unbelievable - 1 lane through the desert mountains, no guard rail. It was a long day. By the time I made it to Santa Monica, all I wanted to do was take some pictures and get out of there. I had no patience left for city traffic.
