OK I've never been to Indiana before but from I-80, there isn't a whole lot to see. I missed the sign for Ohio, and I ignored the one for Pennsylvania because I've seen it enough times.
BTW Karen - this is the REAL Indiana.

Apparently Chicago wants to welcome me, but Illinois did not show any such interest. I think even Chicago's sign is kind of small and crappy - come on people, I drove for 12 hours to get here!

chicago skyway toll bridge
The bozo in front of me couldn't figure out how to effectively get the coins into the little basket. I thought it was a good photo opportunity. Note to anyone driving cross-country: every state will use this opportunity to take your money. I think I spent a total of $20 on tolls just getting to this point.
Ok and I have one more rant - why don't any of these toll plazas take EZ-Pass??? I think only one along the way had it, and those lanes were closed for some reason. What year is this?? Do we still have to dig between the seats for change and wait behind countless idiots who toss their coins out the window into the next lane? 1960 called, they want their toll booth back!
