Norm is a customer who comes into our shop and has for years. One day he came in and had what looked like a pimple on his ear. This is what it lookes like about a year and a half later. The base actually felt like the horn of a cow. I know I bumped it and still have the shivers over how it felt when I think about it. He has since had it removed.
