Irving, Texas convention center was the site for Zest Fest 2011 where chili heads gathered to sample the hottest of the hot in the land of hot and spicey.

Samples were abundant as hot sauce makers touted their latest entries for the competition.

Some of the best fun was watching the contestants in the Hot Wing Chow Down (courtesy of Wing Stop).
The competition turned more intense as the smiles left their faces and the pain set in, causing faces to turn red and tears to come to their eyes.

So for all you chili heads... here is the hottest of the hot!
