Hi! My name is Lucas. I am now nine years old (in 2013) and Lala (that's my grandma) is teaching me photography.

We do lots of fun things together.
We like to go to the lake to feed the birds, and we love to go to the garden to see the flowers, bees, bugs, butterflies and frogs.
We like to cook together and enjoy playing the game "Butterfly Bingo".

I am learning to use a point and shoot camera first.
Lala tells me not to run with the camera and we are working on squeezing the shutter button instead of "punching" it.
I like to tell her what I like and what I don't like about the photos I take, and I am learning how to look at other photos on Pbase.

Today I learned to print my first photo of two ducks on the lake. I can't wait to show Mommy, Daddy, and my little sister!

September 2013... I am now 9 years old and learning to use my Lala's first digital camera, the Canon Rebel XT. I am learning to use a zoom lens and having fun.
