We are so often impressed by the lavish displays of flowers in formal gardens that we sometimes overlook the wildflowers that grow in abandon along the roadsides and in the fields, woods and prairies.
Some are delicate, some invasive and some are just plain dangerous (beware of stinging nettle!).
Craig's photography is not only beautiful but you will find a wealth of information to help you identify these little gems that he has so diligently discovered and documented. Thank you Craig for inspiring me to look a little more closely as I wander the countryside.
