White Rock Lake is a popular scenic venue in east Dallas.
It is here that you will find boaters, bikers, runners, walkers, dogs, and fishermen enjoying the beauty of this jewel in the metroplex.

Nearby is the Dallas Arboretum and when there was talk about taking away prairie land at Winfrey Point to build a parking lot, the White Rock community was up in arms as those who love the lake do not want to lose a bit of this natural beauty. Fortunately, it was decided to maintain White Rock Lake as it is and I support their effort.
