This is Marty, manager of the Bath House Cultural Center at White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas.
She is one of my strangers in the 100 Stranger Project.
I had taken her photo with one of the large art pieces on the wall for Day of the Dead.

And this is a photo of Marty and her "special" dog. But wait... there is more to this story!
As I was leaving the venue, I passed by her office and approached to thank her for the photo op when I saw a sweet dog on her shelf.
I did a double take as the dog looked so real... and so very cute!
Being a dog lover I had to comment on how adorable the dog looked.
She took him down from the shelf and then told me that she had made him out of the lining of an old coat.
Say what? You MADE him? Seriously?
She has been known to make props and costumes for her theater work, and this one was definitely over the top!
As she cuddled the dog, I snapped her photo and this was definitely my favorite photo,
but wanted her stranger photo taken with the Day of the Dead art exhibit.
