It's not too late to celebrate National Cheese Pizza Day!
This is so easy, it should be illegal!
Start with a Naan flatbread (garlic herb is good).
Sprinkle with a light layer of grated mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of Italian seasoning.
Add toppings. I love tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped orange peppers, corn, thinly sliced zucchini and a sprinkling of kale slaw salad (broccoli, kale, radicchio, carrots, red cabbage).
Top with more mozzarella cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a 425 preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned.
Goes great with an Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider!
