Like something out of the prehistoric era, the armadillo is a bizarre looking creature.
Most of us know them as "speed bumps" as you will more than likely find them laying dead in the road.

Just got back from a trip to a ranch in south Texas and was thrilled to get a shot of this one getting a drink of water.
