Katie, the Swan

The last time I saw Katie at White Rock Lake was three days ago and I again photographed her.
Just today I learned that she was found to have a swelling of her neck and was taken to a rehab center for treatment and is very sick.

Oh dear, I just read the narrative about Katie and hope that she can be saved. Poor thing. Any idea how old she is? Beautiful eye-to-eye capture Faye! V

A fantastic shot of this beautiful swan. It is very sad to hear that she is now ill. I hope she can be cured. V
