I love all cheese and think I could eat it every day and never tire of it.
I particularly like the strong smelling cheeses... such as blue cheese, taleggio, and limburger.
Pair it with fruit, bread or crackers and maybe some soup and a salad, and you have a meal.

And I do love grilled cheese sandwiches. I have made many variations.
Gooey cheese is the best!
