I remembered this couple from the 2010 Green Spot Chili Cookoff.
They were dressed in camouflage and had an inflatable deer and served venison and wild boar chili.

I welcome the little bit of homemade cornbread to go with the chili and this year they served it with fried poblano pepper strips... and were they good!
