And now for the spices...

Every chili I tasted was spiced different than the others.
I guess that's what makes chili cookoffs to be such a challenge, and not everyone likes the same thing.

A few were quite mild and a couple were so hot that I wished I had a margarita to cool my palate!

There were vegetarian chilis, chili with wild boar, smoked chicken chili... and more.
