(This salad is so easy and really delicious!)

Toss these salad ingredients together:

8 c. fresh SPINACH
1 1/2 c. APPLES, pared and chopped
1/2 c. RAISINS
1/2 c. SALTED PEANUTS
3 Tbsp. GREEN ONIONS, chopped

Dressing:

1/4 c. WHITE WINE VINEGAR
1/4 c. SALAD OIL
3 Tbsp. CHUTNEY... I used Patak's Sweet Mango Chutney (mild)
2 Tbsp. SUGAR
1/2 tsp. SALT
1 1/2 tsp. CURRY POWDER

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar. Cover, shake and chill. Toss with salad ingredients.
