SWEET AND SOUR DRESSING

3 Tbsp. SUGAR
3 Tbsp. VINEGAR
2 Tbsp. OIL
1/4 tsp. SALT

Shake ingredients together in a jar. Toss with greens and top with remaining ingredients.
