I. The Pin Hole Photograph

Subject -- The Pin Hole Photograph

Method -- Turn a map of your city, town, village, neighborhood, farm,
etc., so the back faces you. If you have no map, print one from the
Net or draw a reasonable looking one. Stick a pin in the sheet in a
single, random manner...eyes closed would be appropriate.
Turn map over. The location of the Pin Hole identifies the
area where your subject awaits your discovery. Submit an image
acquired at/from that location as closely to the identified spot as
possible. The subject is whatever you can locate there that interests
you -- providing the subject existed there before you arrived.

Purpose -- To encourage photographers to go out with no preconceived
idea for a photograph and apply their vision, skills, and art to
produce their best effort.
