Normally, these markers are frozen with snow and ice, but due to the unusually warm weather here in Massachusetts, they remain soaked. So far we've seen no snow (just a trace amount once) and few freezing temperatures. Several of the ski hills up north (New Hampshire) may close for the season if we don't get some snow by the first week in January. Very wierd winter.
