f11 1/60s ISO200 Nikon D70
My mission: Make a normal ceiling air-con vent look sinister.
Double Exposure with SB800 in iTTL remote mode. Frame 1 : Green Gel on
speedlight, Frame 2: Red Gel on speedlight about 90 deg away from frame 1
position, but still acute to subject.
Although I do have two speedlights, holding the gels in place, plus aiming
the two speedlights whilst firing the remote with my teeth sounded like hard
work. Plus photoshop gave me more control of the mix. The monster is made of
sculpy III, a modelling clay. If it looks like five mintues, that's because
it took like five minutes. I would have liked to add some drool, but I don't
have a can of drool, and I wouldn't be able to keep it still anyway.
